Utilising its considerable expertise in the fields of design, civil engineering and construction, there is an immense potential for the company in the years ahead to create new communities for residential and commercial use. Saad has the capacity for significant investment to realise this strategic progression of its activities and with this in mind has acquired substantial new sites in the Al-Khobar region to add to its existing real estate and residential property holdings.
As a regional enterprise, Saad also sees land development opportunities beyond Saudi Arabia and has already purchased a number of development sites in Bahrain.
